Our primary areas of expertise include Program/Project Management, Civil Engineering, innovative 3D Visualization, Environmental Engineering, and specialty Architectural and Structural Engineering support services. WRA is also an important team member for a large-business RTLP contract lead by the Merrick/AMEC joint venture and is supporting several Military Training Range Design/Build contracts.

Now in the 5th year of the RTLP contract, WRA has demonstrated that we are a superior technical firm, and with the development of our innovative 3D Visualization tool, WRA is a recognized leader within the range community.

WRA’s approach for RTLP projects is to utilize civil engineering professionals that combine project management and technical excellence to be fully engaged in the design process. The WRA designated professionals are essential to coordinating and obtaining the necessary information, quickly analyzing field conditions and associated impacts on the range layouts, and preparing efficiently the complete military training range designs.
